TW Generators Limited provides a generator load bank service

Load bank testing is a key part of a comprehensive maintenance program.   The generator is connected to an electrical load that provides an adjustable electrical resistance or resistance and reactance to simulate the actual electrical load of the generator.   This facility is especially important when operational restrictions reduce the opportunity for testing standby generators to light or no-load conditions, as the diesel engine in particular can be affected from periods of running on low loads.   TW Generators Limited stocks load banks that can either be used to test generators in our workshop or made mobile for on-site load testing and test reporting.
